Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Most orders will be delivered within 7 days. If you would like an order to be delivered more urgently, this may be possible. Please contact us with information.

If you are purchasing a present and would like it sent gift wrapped there will be a £3 charge. If you have any special requirements, please contact us.

If you wish to return a product to us, you will require a returns form. Please print one for each item returned. We would be grateful if you would complete this, and return it with your products.

Items returned within 30 days, in their original packaging and in perfect condition will be exchanged or refunded. Postage will only be refunded on faulty items. We recommend that all items are returned to us by insured post, as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us.

Prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5% We do not make any reductions on our prices when supplying outside the UK

Every care has been taken to ensure that the desriptions photos and measurements of products are correct. Please allow for some slight differences in the inch to cm conversions. Whilst colours displayed are a close representation, slight variations due to screen colours and printing inconsistances may occur.

We aim to keep all products in stock but demand may mean products are out of stock for a short time. Should any part of your order be unavailable, you will be informed of the estimated delivery period, and the remaining order posted if requested. In these circumstances you will only incur one postal charge. All products are subject to availability from manufacturers and could be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will let you know.
